Handwritten Forms to Excel Data

I have a stack of handwritten data-entry forms that need to be converted into a clean, well-structured Excel spreadsheet. Accuracy is more important than speed, but you do need to be a confident, fast typist so the work can move swiftly.

You will read each handwritten form, enter the information into the appropriate columns I provide, and double-check for spelling or numeric errors before saving. The spreadsheet template is ready; you only need to populate it.

Deliverables:
• One fully populated Excel file containing every record from the handwritten forms
• Clear, consistent formatting (no merged cells, correct data types, no stray spaces)
• A brief log noting any fields that were unclear or illegible
