Fix CSV Formatting Errors

My current CSV contains value misalignment and inconsistent date formatting that are breaking downstream reports. I need someone who can open the file, identify every row where a cell has slipped into the wrong column, and realign the data so each field sits in its correct place. While you are in there, please standardise all date fields to a single, clean format (ISO-style yyyy-mm-dd is fine) and remove any delimiter or line-break quirks that could trip up future imports.

You may use whatever parsing or spreadsheet tools you prefer, as long as the final deliverable is a single, well-structured CSV that opens flawlessly and preserves every record exactly once. Before handing it back, spot-check totals or unique IDs so we both know nothing was lost or duplicated.
