Find Director Emails For 23k Companies
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I have a spreadsheet containing 23,133 UK-registered limited companies, sourced from the public Companies House database. For 99 % of them the director’s full name is already listed; what I still need is the best email contact.
Primary goal
• Locate a valid email address for the named director of each company.
• If no personal address can be found after reasonable effort, supply a working generic contact email for the business instead.
Scope and context
• The firms span varied industries, so research methods must be adaptable rather than niche-sector reliant.
• None of the records currently include an email field, so every address you add will be new data.
Deliverables
1. An updated copy of my spreadsheet with one additional column: “Email Found”.
2. A simple status key beside any record where only a generic address was possible (e.g., “Director Email”, “Generic”, “Not Found”).
3. A short methods note summarising the tools, databases, and verification steps you used so I can replicate quality checks later.

• At least 85 % of entries contain a verified, deliverable address (hard-bounce rate below 5 % when sampled).
• Director emails are clearly distinguished from generic ones.
• File returned in the same order and format as received.
