I have fewer than 1,000 rows of financial figures that must be transferred accurately into an Excel workbook. The source material consists of PDF statements and CSV exports, and each record includes date, account, description, debit, credit, and running balance.
Your primary responsibility is precise data entry—values must reconcile perfectly with the originals and preserve their number formatting for later analysis. If you’re comfortable adding simple checks (SUM totals, running balances, or conditional-formatting flags for outliers) please let me know; it will speed up my own review once the file is complete.
Deliverable
• A clean, fully-populated Excel file (.xlsx) containing every record from the source documents, ready for any follow-on tasks such as cleaning, pivot tables, or charting.
