Excel Data Entry Assistance
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have a batch of information that started out in physical documents and has now been scanned and exported for me as several CSV files. Your job is to take those files, open them in Excel, and enter-or when it makes more sense, copy-paste and re-format—the mixed data they contain (names, codes, dates, quantities, prices, notes, etc.) into the clean workbook template I will share.
Accuracy matters more than speed, so double-checking every row and column is essential. I’ve already defined the column headers, data validation rules, and a few simple SUM/COUNTIF formulas; you only need to make sure each record lands in the right place and respects those rules. If something doesn’t fit the required format, flag it in an adjacent “Issue” column rather than guessing.
I will provide:
• The template Excel file (.xlsx)
• A zip containing the source CSVs
You will deliver:
• The completed Excel workbook, error-free and ready for analysis
• A short log describing any rows you had to flag or clarify
If you’re comfortable working in Excel 2016 or later and have a sharp eye for detail, this should be straightforward. Let me know your estimated turnaround time and any clarifying questions you might have.
