Excel Data Cleanup Project

I have several datasets in Excel/CSV format that need to be transferred, verified, and scrubbed for accuracy. Every record must be entered exactly as it appears in the source files, then checked for duplicates, incomplete rows, and obvious errors. Once the data is in place, I’d like all phone numbers brought to a single, consistent format so the file is ready for import into our CRM.

You’ll be working solely with the Excel/CSV sheets I provide—no PDFs or scans—so strong command of spreadsheets and formulas is essential. A sharp eye for detail matters more than speed; I need each entry cross-checked against the original before moving on. If anything looks questionable, simply flag it and I’ll clarify.

Deliverables
• A cleaned, fully organized Excel/CSV file
• A brief change log outlining duplicates removed, phone-number fixes, and any flags you raised

Acceptance criteria: every phone field follows the agreed format, there are zero duplicate IDs, and any blanks are either completed or clearly highlighted. Deadlines are flexible within reason, but once we agree on a date I expect the file back on time.
