Excel Data Cleansing & Validation -- 2

My Excel workbooks suffer from frequent duplicate records, inconsistent formatting, and other invalid values spread across multiple sheets. I need a specialist who can systematically scan every column and row, eliminate duplicates, apply consistent number/date/text formats in line with my basic house-style rules, and flag or correct any entries that fall outside logical ranges.

The datasets are large, so I expect you to lean on efficient methods—Power Query, VBA macros, or advanced formula workflows—rather than manual spot-fixing. Once complete, the file should open without errors, pass a quick filter test for duplicates, and display uniform cell styles throughout.

Deliverables:
• A fully cleansed, consistently formatted Excel workbook.
• A brief change log summarising what was removed, corrected, or standardised (CSV, TXT, or an extra sheet is fine).

I will share the original file and a short outline of the few formatting conventions I already follow; everything else is up to your expertise.
