Excel Data Cleansing Project

I have several raw data files that need to be transferred into a master Excel workbook and cleaned to match a template I will supply. The job involves three things: manually keying in records that arrive as scans or PDFs, running data-validation rules so every field follows my naming and date conventions, and finishing with a clean import/export cycle that produces both an XLSX and a CSV in the exact column order I specify.

All formatting requirements—column headers, data types, and any conditional rules—are already documented, so you will simply follow the guide and flag anything that looks inconsistent. Accuracy is non-negotiable because the file feeds straight into a Sabri System database, and even a single typo can break the upload.

Once I send the source files, I’ll expect a draft within 24 hours so I can spot-check, and the final workbook no later than 48 hours from project start. I stay online for quick questions and will turn around feedback fast.

Acceptance criteria
• Final workbook matches the template exactly (sheet names, column order, data types)
• No validation errors when I run my built-in checks
• CSV export opens without misplaced delimiters or encoding issues
