Enter Text From Printed Forms

I have a batch of printed forms that must be transcribed verbatim into a digital format. Every field on each form contains text only—no numbers or mixed entries—so the task centres on accurate typing rather than calculations or data interpretation.

The workflow is straightforward: I will scan and share the forms as clear PDFs. Your job is to key every piece of text into a spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets works), keeping the original field order so that I can import the file directly into our system without extra clean-up.

Quality matters more than speed. Before handing the sheet back, please double-check for typos, line breaks, and any missing fields. I will run a quick spot-check; any form with errors will be returned for correction.

Deliverable: one fully populated spreadsheet that mirrors the structure of the printed forms, ready for immediate upload.
