Email & Phone Data Cleanse

I have an Excel spreadsheet holding roughly 12,000 contacts and I need it returned in a state that marketing-ready teams can use without fear of hard bounces or dead numbers.

The job is straightforward but detail-sensitive:
• Run every email address through NeverBounce and flag its status (valid, invalid, catch-all, disposable, unknown) in a freshly added column.
• Copy the original address into a “Source Email” column so the raw value is never lost.
• Where an address is identified as a hard bounce, mark it clearly so I can filter or remove it later.
• Validate the mobile and landline numbers too—confirm they actually exist, match the correct country format, and strip out any stray spaces, dashes, or symbols.

I’ll supply the file as soon as we start; just return the cleaned sheet in the same format with the new columns appended and all invalid records flagged. Accuracy is critical, so if anything comes back with more than a 1 % error rate I’ll expect a revision.

Please let me know your estimated turnaround time for the full 12k dataset and any prior experience you have working with NeverBounce or similar platforms.
