I need to move roughly 10,000 alphanumeric records a week from a legacy database into our new cloud-based CRM while maintaining at least 99.8 % accuracy. Speed is important, yet data integrity is critical, so every step must be logged and verifiable.

The workflow starts in Excel: you will clean, normalise and de-duplicate each weekly batch using advanced functions—pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP and macros are the usual tools here. Once the data is spotless, you will prepare import-ready CSVs and load them into the CRM, either through its native wizard or via an SQL script if that proves faster and keeps the audit trail intact.

Throughout the process you will spot discrepancies early, note them in a change log and adhere to strict information-security guidelines (encrypted files, restricted access, no data leaving the workspace).

Deliverables
• Weekly migration of ~10,000 records with 99.8 % or better accuracy
• Cleaned Excel workbooks and final import files, clearly documented
• Issue log plus a summary report of corrections made
• Post-import verification that CRM totals match the source data

Acceptance hinges on random spot checks and the weekly error log.
