Create Expert-Level Collibra Data Governance Project Demo (Screen-Only Video – Utilities Industry Focus)

I’m looking for a freelancer with hands-on Collibra DGC experience to build and screen-record a professional walkthrough of an enterprise-level Data Governance project focused on the Utilities industry (e.g., metering, billing, asset data).
The goal is to simulate a real-world implementation showing how I, as a Business Analyst/Data Governance Lead, collaborated with business and IT to deliver enterprise-wide Collibra adoption — including glossary creation, metadata onboarding, stewardship models, lineage mapping, and policy enforcement.
What to Include in the Demo Video (6–10 min max):
1. Collibra Glossary & Business Terms Setup
• Define 10–15 utility-specific business terms (e.g., Meter ID, Rate Plan, Billing Cycle)
• Assign owners, definitions, tags (PII, GDPR), synonyms, domain classification
2. Metadata & Data Dictionary Mapping
• Ingest sample metadata from utility systems (simulated from Snowflake, Azure SQL, Oracle)
• Link tables/columns to business terms
• Highlight tagging and classification workflows
3. Data Lineage Visualization
• Simulate lineage from:
Meter → ADF/ETL → Azure Synapse → Power BI Dashboard
• Show upstream/downstream trace in Collibra Lineage or mock it realistically
4. Stewardship & Workflow Simulation
• Assign RACI roles: Owner, Steward, Custodian
• Demonstrate a glossary change workflow and a DQ issue management process
5. Policy & Risk Mapping
• Show how regulatory or internal data policies (e.g., PII handling, consent) are created and linked to glossary/metadata
6. Process Flow & Documentation Simulation
• Display a sample as-is vs. to-be process flow (e.g., how metering data flows today vs. future after Collibra rollout)
• Show user stories, requirement specs, or change request artifacts
7. Adoption & Training Strategy
• Walk through how end users/stewards are onboarded (via training plan or simulated “Collibra Academy”)
