Copy PDF Data Into Excel
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I have a collection of PDF documents that hold tabular information I need consolidated in Excel. Your task is straightforward: open each PDF, copy the relevant tables exactly as they appear, and paste them into the workbook I provide—one sheet per source file. No formula building or dashboard work is required this time; the priority is accurate, well-formatted data entry.
Before we start I will share:
• A sample spreadsheet that shows the column order, header names, and cell formats to follow.
• A folder link to the PDFs.
Deliverable:
• A single .xlsx file containing every record from the PDFs, free of merged cells, extra line breaks, or misplaced characters. I will validate by cross-checking random rows against the original PDFs, so precision is essential.
If you are comfortable working quickly with Excel and know the usual tricks for keeping pasted data clean—text-to-columns, find/replace, proper number and date formatting—you’ll finish this job easily. Let me know how many pages you can handle per hour and your estimated turnaround time, and I’ll send the files right away.
