Convert 1,400 Contacts from a word document To Excel - Removing anything that is not relevant

I have a single Word document containing roughly 1,400 records—each line holds a person’s name, job title and email address. I need every record transferred into a clean, structured Microsoft Excel file with four columns: Name, Organisation, Job Title and Email. Once everything is in Excel you can arrange the rows however you feel is most logical; I have no strict sorting preference, so feel free to leave them in import order or alphabetize if that helps you double-check for missing or duplicated entries. The document does contain things that need to be excluded from the final document

Accuracy is the priority. Please copy each field exactly as it appears, keep the spelling and punctuation intact, and flag any obvious duplicates or incomplete lines in a separate sheet so I can review them easily.

Deliverable: one .xlsx file that opens in the latest desktop version of Excel, fully populated and ready for my own filtering or mail-merge use. If you’re comfortable using quick data-validation tools or simple formulas to spot blanks and errors, that would be a bonus, but the main task is faithful data entry.
