Comprehensive Zoho One Data Migration
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m preparing to launch Zoho One company-wide and need an expert to move our existing data into the platform smoothly and accurately. All information currently lives in a series of Excel/CSV files—around 1 GB to 10 GB in total—and must be mapped and imported into the appropriate Zoho One modules (primarily CRM, Books, and Projects).
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Review my spreadsheets, clean duplicates, and match each column to the correct Zoho fields.
• Configure any custom fields or modules needed so the data lands exactly where users expect it.
• Perform the bulk import, then run spot checks and full reconciliations to confirm nothing is missing or corrupted.
• Provide a brief hand-off document outlining the steps taken and any post-migration tips.
I already have administrator access to Zoho One; you can start as soon as we agree on the field mapping. If you’ve completed similar medium-sized migrations before and are comfortable with Zoho’s DataPrep, Import Wizard, or API methods, I’d love to hear how you would approach this job and a realistic timeline to completion.
