Collect UK Care Home HR Emails and Contact Details

I’m compiling a fresh, accuracy-checked database of CQC-registered care homes and home-care agencies across the UK and need someone to gather and verify the details for me.

Scope of work
You’ll pull the information entirely from publicly available sources, giving priority to each provider’s own website and cross-checking with the CQC register when needed. Every row must contain: care-home or agency name, website, an HR / recruitment (or at least a main) email address, phone number, and the city or town.

Deliverables
• One Excel workbook containing all contacts.
• The first 10 fully verified entries placed at the top of the same sheet as a sample so I can review quickly.
• Clean, standardised formatting—no broken links, no generic “info@” addresses unless nothing else is publicly listed, and phone numbers in a single consistent style.

Acceptance criteria
– Emails must pass a quick validity check (e.g., bounce-free in a free verifier) and come from the company’s own domain.
– Phone numbers should dial through when spot-checked.
– Sources remain strictly public; no scraped gated content.
– Final file delivered within 5-7 days.
