Categorized Customer Data Entry

I have several raw files containing customer information that now need to live in a single, clean Excel workbook. The only slice of data we are concentrating on at this stage is Demographics, so every row you enter should cover fields such as age range, gender, city/region, income band and any other demographic attribute included in the source documents.

Here is the flow I expect:
• I send over mixed-format exports (CSVs, PDFs, the odd Google Sheet).
• You transpose each record into the Excel template I provide, keeping the data grouped under the Demographics category.
• You run a quick duplicate check, apply basic data-validation rules already baked into the template, and save the file in .xlsx.

Accuracy is paramount; if any entry looks incomplete or ambiguous, flag it rather than guessing. When the workbook comes back to me I should be able to filter or pivot instantly by demographic fields without having to re-format anything.

Final deliverable: the updated Excel workbook and a short log of any records you had to query or exclude.
