CSV Line Feed Removal

I need a CSV file with over 800,000 rows cleaned up by removing line feeds (LF) within the rows, except for the end of each row. The content of each cell must be preserved exactly as-is. This file needs to be converted to an xlsx.
Requirements:
- Remove line feeds (LF) within rows
- Preserve line feeds at the end of every row
- Maintain exact content of each cell
