My customer records live in a collection of CSV files and I need them cleaned, deduplicated, and reshaped so they can flow smoothly into whichever CRM I settle on next (I’m still weighing options like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho, so field mapping will need to stay flexible).
The job centres on:
• Scrubbing each CSV for typos, blank cells, stray characters, and duplicate rows.
• Normalising names, phone numbers, and addresses into a single consistent format.
• Creating an import-ready master file plus a simple field-mapping sheet I can adapt to any major CRM.
