Bulk WhatsApp Data Entry

I have a growing collection of phone numbers and message texts that need to be organised so I can launch a large-scale WhatsApp broadcast. The raw material currently lives in emails, PDFs and handwritten notes; nothing is yet in a clean spreadsheet. Your job is to turn that mess into a tidy, import-ready file.

Here’s what needs to happen:

• Consolidate every number I send you, remove duplicates and apply the correct international dialling format.
• Place each contact in its own row and keep any extra fields I provide (name, company, tag, etc.) in separate columns.
• Add the message text I supply beside each contact—or in a separate tab if that makes more sense—so my bulk-sending tool can match them easily.
• Return the finished work in Excel or CSV (I’ll confirm which once we start) and make sure it opens without errors.

Acceptance check: the file must import into my WhatsApp bulk sender with zero rejected rows and include a short log explaining any numbers you had to discard.
