Bulk List Upload & Configuration
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I routinely receive batches of raw phone-number lists and need each set cleaned, reformatted, and successfully uploaded into multiple outbound-calling platforms—CallFire, Ringless Voice Mail (RVM) Station, Slybroadcast, and a few other similar tools. Every batch contains ten separate lists. For each list you will:
• convert the original Excel sheet/lists into both CSV and XLSX, keeping column order and headings exactly as the platform expects
• correct obvious data issues (extra characters, blank rows, mis-placed headers, etc.)
• import the lists into the target system and verify that it accepts them with zero errors
Milestone structure is fixed: the first ten-list batch is $5 total per milestone.
Each subsequent batch of 10 lists rises by $1 until it reaches $10 per batch. If anyone attempts to renegotiate, the workload changes to twelve lists while the ceiling drops to $8, so please bid only if the original terms work for you.
