Accurate Excel Data Entry Cleanup

I have several Excel sheets exported from different internal tools. Each file holds customer and transaction records that now need to be consolidated into one clean, well-structured workbook my team can trust for daily operations.

Here’s the workflow I want handled from start to finish:

• Copy or move every row from the individual source sheets into a single master sheet, preserving all columns exactly as they appear.
• Remove duplicates, fix obvious typos, and standardise date, currency, and phone-number formats so everything lines up.
• Flag any missing or questionable values in a separate “Issues” tab for quick review instead of deleting them outright.
• Once all data is clean, deliver the polished .xlsx file plus a brief change log noting the main corrections you made (e.g., “156 duplicates removed”, “currency format unified to USD $”).

No macros or code are strictly required, but if you prefer using Excel Power Query or simple VBA snippets to speed things up, feel free; the end result just needs to remain an editable workbook.

Accuracy is more critical than speed—every entry must match the original source unless corrected for a clear error.
