Windows-Carbonite Backup Specialist

I need an expert who knows Windows inside out and is equally comfortable inside Carbonite. My immediate goal is to set up a rock-solid Carbonite data-backup routine that captures all system settings and configurations on my Windows PC and, most importantly, funnels my Outlook 2019/365 data into a safe, restorable state.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Audit my current Windows environment and Carbonite settings.
• Configure Carbonite so every relevant Outlook data file (PST/OST, profiles, rules, signatures) is included in the backup set alongside key system preferences.
• Verify the first full backup, walk me through how to confirm it completed successfully, and show me how to monitor future runs.
• Provide a quick rundown on restoring that Outlook data should I ever need it.

I already have active Carbonite and Outlook 365 licenses; you can remote in via the tool of your choice. If you’ve handled Windows machines and Carbonite backups hundreds of times before, we’ll get along just fine.
