Veritas Backup Exe

I am in need of an expert with experience in Veritas Backup Exec version 20.3. I am experiencing issues with adding tape storage and data recovery. Veritas is not detecting my HP auto Loader Tape Storage ,I am hoping to work with someone who can identify the issue and provide a solution.
