Freelance Job: Synology Storage & Backup Configuration (Budget: $30)
I need a Synology expert who can help me fix two important issues on my NAS.
My storage is getting full and I am receiving warnings. I already installed a new hard drive, but it did not extend or join the existing storage pool. I need someone to configure it correctly.
What I need:
1. Fix and configure Synology Storage
I added a new hard drive to my Synology NAS.
The system shows the drive, but it did not extend the first storage pool.
I need the technician to:
Merge / expand the new HDD into the existing storage pool
Remove the wrong extra pool if needed
Make sure everything works safe with SHR
Clear the storage warning
2. Fix backup between Synology and my laptop
I want my laptop to back up correctly into the Synology NAS
The backup stopped working / is not configured properly
I want a clean setup so my files always sync safely
3. Improve Synology speed
My Synology is running slow
I want someone to:

Optimize for faster access

Suggest best settings for speed
