Recover Deleted Videos

Yesterday I deleted some videos outside of the targeted folder stored on my Windows PC’s internal hard drive. But few seconds later I realize that all my videos inside the targeted folder are deleted and I can't find them in Recyle bin. But I can find the videos that I manually deleted.
