Dell Devices Windows/Linux Upgrade Support

Job ID: 39961847

Budget: $2 – $8 USD

I have four Dell laptops/desktops that all need a clean jump to the latest operating systems—4 moving to Windows 11, 4 to Linux Mint (I’m open to advice on a different split or dual-boot if you think that’s wiser). Before anything begins, I want a full data backup taken so we can roll back instantly if something misfires.

The job is straightforward: back up each machine, update BIOS or firmware if required, perform the OS installations, apply all current drivers, and hand the computers back with a fully patched, stable system. I’m not looking for application reinstalls or bloatware removal—just the rock-solid base OS with standard utilities i am looking for zoom meeting/phone also depending on your location; let me know what works best. You should be comfortable with Dell SupportAssist, Windows 11 installation media, Rufus or Ventoy for bootable USB creation, and typical Mint post-install tweaks (Timeshift, driver manager, etc.). Once everything’s done I’d like the backup images saved to an external drive I’ll supply, plus a quick rundown of what you did so I can repeat the process in the future.

Deliverables:
• Verified backups for all four devices
• Windows 11 installed, activated, fully updated (4 units)
• Linux Mint installed, fully updated (4 units)
• Driver and firmware updates applied
• Backup images and a brief step-by-step summary

If you’ve handled multi-OS upgrades on Dell hardware before, I’d love to hear from you.
