Data Governance Presentation -- 2
Budget: £18 – £36 GBP
need a Powerpoint presentation on how to implement a data governance / master data management framework into an organisation. Additional context:
- Travel organisation that owns multiple brands (sales channels: web, face to face)
- Salesforce is used to house both customer data but also some elements of other data (this should potentially go into a separate data warehouse/lake
- no MI / BI function
The slide deck needs to be comprehensive and should include various elements including but not limited to:
1. people
2. processes
3. technology
Resources:
I will provide a Scribd account that can be used to gather material to use - deck should include images etc and I'm happy for provider to use content exactly if applicable as once the project is delivered I will potentially tweak it and make it my own prior to presentation.
The final project needs to be delivered by 13th June 2pm GMT and provider should be able to start work on this immediately.
