Sr. Data Engineers

• Solid understanding and strong knowledge of data architecture, engineering principles with architect-level or technical lead expertise.
• Proficient in Medallion architecture, data mesh, and data warehousing concepts.
• Advanced expertise in SQL with a strong command of query optimization and complex operations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Snowflake, including Snowpipe, Snow SQL, Streams, Tasks, Dynamic Tables, RBAC, data masking, data sharing and snowflake administration.
• Must have experience in dbt Cloud for building data pipelines, transformations, and performing rigorous testing.
• Strong experience in ETL testing, including validating data transformations, ensuring data accuracy, and verifying end-to-end data pipeline workflows.
• Familiarity with at least one of the following tools: Fivetran HVR, Snap Logic, Control M.
• Experience with GitHub and GitHub actions.
• Experience with supply chain datasets is an advantage.
• Familiarity with working on SAP ECC, HANA, Ariba, and Salesforce datasets is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
• Flexibility to provide overlap with US working hours at least until 12PM CST to support global teams.
• Demonstrate ownership of end-to-end data solutions, from design through deployment and support, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives without constant oversight.
• Proactive communication and stakeholder engagement, including timely updates, risk identification, and seeking clarification when requirements are ambiguous.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to anticipate issues, propose practical solutions, and think critically in high-pressure situations.
• Agility in fast-paced environments, with experience prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, balancing technical depth with delivery speed.
