Charters and Template for Data Management and Architecture

Need fortune 50 level templates for architecture review board (data management/data architecture/ enterprise data warehousing). which will include workflows swim lanes , documentation templates , PowerPoint templates for internal and external users and groups so technical and executive level. Code review, architecture review , data engineering templates for approval review documentation… basically soup to nuts system. Naturally I need to review edit all but good starting point and this will be copyrighted after edits.
