Freelance Content Architect / Prompt Engineer: 100,000+ Real-World Activity Database
Project Overview: We are building a comprehensive, highly categorized database of 100,000 real-world activities designed to get people off their screens and engaged in real life. Our ongoing research into tech burnout and the mechanics of healthy habits is the foundation driving our behaviour-interrupting features, and this massive activity library will serve as the core content our users interact with.
We need a data architect, prompt engineer, or content team who can generate, structure, and categorize this massive volume of activities by May 1, 2026.
Scope of Work & Deliverables: You will be responsible for delivering a formatted database (Excel/CSV) of 100,000 unique activities. The data must be richly tagged and strictly adhere to the following parameters:
1. The Spectrum of Activities:
• Micro-Moments: Grounding actions (e.g., "Hold a hot cup of tea with both hands and notice the temperature").
• Time-Bound Tasks: Short bursts of activity ranging strictly from 10 minutes to 1 hour.
• Long-Term Projects: Multi-day or ongoing endeavours (e.g., training for a marathon, building a garden bed).
2. Core Categories & Hobbies:
• Everyday Life: Cooking (specifically focusing on making meals from scratch), homewares, DIY, gardening, building, and reading.
• Health & Wellness: Meditating, yoga, Pilates, strength training, cardio, walking, and using pushbikes.
• Social & Community: Having a coffee at a local cafe, catching up with friends, or simply taking time to sit in the garden.
• Prep-Heavy / Niche Interests: Painting, drawing, canvassing, photography, bird watching, hobby sports, knife making, etc.
3. Required Tags & Categorization for Every Entry:
• Cost & Location: A massive emphasis must be placed on FREE activities. All activities must realistically be accessible within a 20km radius of an average user.
• Difficulty Level: Tagged as Easy, Medium, or Hard.
• Age Range: Must be suitable for and tagged across ages 14 to 90.
• Inclusivity: A significant portion of the database must be flagged as neurodivergent-friendly.
4. Group Challenges:
• A dedicated subset of the database must feature group challenges designed for 2 to 10 people.
• These must also be categorized by Easy/Medium/Hard and cross-referenced with the 14–90 age brackets.
The Ideal Candidate:
• You understand how to generate data at an immense scale without losing the "human" touch in the phrasing.
• You are highly organized and can deliver clean, perfectly formatted spreadsheets ready for backend integration.
• You can meet a strict, non-negotiable deadline of May 1, 2026.
