I have histopathology images of different grades of malignant cancers. I need you to use any open source histopathology image analysis software to analyze my images and extract the following object-level features:
1- area,
2- compactness,
3- eccentricity,
4- major axis length,
5- mean radius and perimeter.
Finally, a diagnosis and grade of the malignant cancers are needed to be done based on the extracted features.
I need this work to be done in three days.
