e-commerce project manager

You will be in charge of the delivery of our services on a portfolio of clients based in Europe.
You will coordinate all aspects of the projects and interact with our internal teams as well as all the teams involved on the client side.
Thanks to your analytical skills, you will easily identify growth opportunities for your clients with each of their customers and help them build action plans. Your recommendations will cover all aspects of their online presence from content optimization, product assortment to e-merchandising, …
You will interact with your client almost exclusively in English so excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are paramount.
Your role will include:
• Ensure timely and proactive communication with all stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution
• Develop a consultative approach to solving business issues, understanding the industry and issues a customer is facing
• Understand client structure and organization
• Leverage Star5 intelligence solutions and apply industry knowledge, conduct issue-based analyses with clear proactive insights and action-oriented recommendations
• Ensure on-time delivery of solutions to achieve forecasted revenue on-time
• Work collaboratively with internal partners to ensure deliverables are connected to customer business objectives, delivered on time, and focused on the outcome
• Lead client discussions, providing proactive insights and action-oriented recommendations
• Ensure client stakeholders buy into the outcomes
• Identify opportunities for increased partnership
The job is compatible with home office
Job requirements :
• University degree in Marketing, Economics or related field or Masters degree
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Ecommerce or eRetail as project manager or on ecommerce related projects (solution provider, manufacturer or retailer)
• Fluency in French and English is a must
• Experience working with complex client relationships and client issue resolution
• Strong analytical mind
• Good organizational skills
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to own and execute projects from inception to completion
• Highly proficient in Microsoft pack Office
