Streamline Meta Pixel GA4 Pipeline

I need a specialist to dive into my current Meta Pixel, GA4, conversion api setup using Google Cloud implementation for a single website and turn it into one clean, reliable data stream. Everything is already installed, yet duplicate events keep surfacing in Meta Events Manager, making reports impossible to trust. The goal is to rebuild the flow so that every page view, button click, and form submission fires once—no more, no less—and lands in GA4 and Meta with identical names and parameters.

You’ll audit the existing tags, connectors, and Google Cloud resources, identify where the double-counting begins, and then re-engineer the collection path. Feel free to lean on Tag Manager, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, or any other Google Cloud tool you prefer; I just want a future-proof setup I can understand and maintain.

Acceptance criteria
• A live walkthrough showing each event (page view, button click, form submission) firing exactly once in both GA4 and Meta Events Manager.
• Clear documentation of the tag structure, Cloud components, and any filters or transforms used to deduplicate traffic.
• A simple rollback or versioning plan in case I need to revert changes later.
