About the Role:
Join Ira Educational and Welfare Society to deliver impactful, hands-on training for Arts & Science undergraduates. Success in this role means engaging students with practical learning, ensuring skill development, and inspiring career readiness. Your work will contribute to empowering underserved communities with employable skills.
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, practice-oriented sessions across five colleges weekly for 9 weeks.
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and skill levels.
Guide students on real-world applications and career relevance of course content.
Evaluate students’ progress through practical assignments and provide constructive feedback.
Submit daily and weekly progress reports to the program coordinator.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
? 1–2 years of experience in Advanced Data Analysis, Power BI, or Graphic Design.
? Proficiency in tools like Python, Tableau, Power BI, or Adobe Creative Suite.
? Microsoft Certification (preferred).
? Strong communication and mentoring skills, with a passion for teaching.
Compensation: ₹50,000 upon successful completion of the program.
