Scrum Master - Data Analyst

A multinational company is looking for an expert applicant for an exceptional job post. “Scrum Master - Data Analyst”

Must be able to develop analysis and reporting capabilities. Can monitor performance plans to identify improvements.

Following are the responsibilities that applicants must be capable to perform:

→ Collect and analyze data across the business to make informed decisions, assist team members and leadership in making sound decisions.
→ Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction
→ Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
→ Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
→ Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
→ Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
→ Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
→ Create KPI, monitor KPI and work with management to prioritize business and information needs
→ Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
→ Analyze the data skill gaps and plan the necessary data trainings to improve performance.
→ Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data
→ Present information using data visualization techniques
