Sales Scorecard

I am looking for a freelancer to help me design a sales scorecard that tracks key performance indicators to help me measure my team’s effectiveness. I want it to track our revenue, the number of leads, and most importantly, our conversion rate. The freelancer will also create sales goals based on our past performance to help us determine our future targets. Finally, I need this sales scorecard to be updated on a weekly basis, so I can accurately track and measure our progress. This will be a great tool for our team as we try to increase sales performance.

This report is intended for the salesperson to keep track of their individual numbers with automatic updates for their current bid pot once they update their quotes delivered, less jobs won and jobs lost.
