Sales Data Analysis Update for Central Park

I’m a real estate agent in Tulsa, OK. I have a spreadsheet detailing about 450 transactions in a condominium community over the past 20 years. I’m interested in infographics (charts, graphs, etc) to illustrate various aspects of those sales on my website: http://www.billleighty.com/central-park-residences/#!/sales
The number of square feet in each unit type listed below:

500 = Tower Studio
720 = Tower One Bdrm
1,156 = Tower Two Bdrm
1,408 = Two Bdrm Townhome
1,440 = Tower Two One Bdrms – Combo
1,872 = Three Bdrm Townhome

These are the numbers I’m looking for:

average sales price by year for all units
average list price to sales price ratio by year
average price per square foot by year for each unit type
average price per square foot by year for all units
average days on market (DOM) by year for all unit types
average days on market (CDOM) by year for all unit types
average number of sales by year for each unit type indicated by sq. feet total

I’m seeking very professional looking high-end graphics that paint a picture of the sales activity at Central Park that can then be compared to each new year annually.

The new, updated stats should be in a same format, with the same colors and text.
