SQL query /data analytics reporting
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
Description of the data analytics task
There is a public website https://developmenti.brisbane.qld.gov.au/https://developmenti.brisbane.qld.gov.au/ that works on Microsoft Azure with SQL database.
It was developed by https://www.allaboutxpert.com.au/development-i/ . it contains basic information about the application made for the specific address and provide access to the documents/files stored there. I am only interested in the basic information, not the files.
The system is address or suburb driven across 190 suburbs. The key features of Development.i include some search options.
You can start by entering the exact address, for example, “43 Grenade street Cannon Hill”.
Then you can see the search is limited by the exact address or suburb, type of application, date of application , etc the filters are displayed on the main screen.
These filters are not good enough. I need to be able to search the applications by the filters available on each specific application level: Full description, Use, Assessment Officer, Appeal results. Circled in RED below. I would like to be able to search by ‘contain xx’ for full description.
Ideally I am looking for a solution to enable such search on a regular basis.
I am also open to an immediate one-off solution to download all application’s data (excluding the files) into one database in excel or other tool, and then I conduct my searches from there.
Thank you and look forward to hearing from you.
Regards
Kate
