Real-Time Sports Security Dashboard

I need a purpose-built dashboard that lets me watch the health of a large sporting venue in real time. The core metrics are already defined: attendance and crowd density readings, incident reports with response times, and live performance data for every security team deployed on site.

Because decisions during an event are often made in seconds, the dashboard must push live updates without manual refresh and offer on-the-fly analytics—think streaming data feeds, drill-down charts, and predictive alerts that flag anomalies before they escalate. Filters, dynamic sorting, and clickable visuals are essential so I can isolate a single gate, stand, or security unit and immediately compare it to venue-wide averages.

The layout should render perfectly on a control-room desktop as well as my smartphone when I walk the concourse; responsive design is critical. If you work best in Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, or a comparable platform, that’s fine—just let me know your preference and the data-connector strategy you propose for pulling turnstile counts, incident logs, and staff tracking feeds into one unified view.

Acceptance is straightforward: all three KPI groups update in real time, filters operate without lag on both desktop and phone, and the interface remains intuitive enough for non-technical staff to use during a match.
