Long term work pays $600 USD per week - Business Intelligence Developer / Analyst

I am looking for a long term strong relationship with someone I can work with for the next few years. This will be a full-time position. Should not have any other jobs, or take projects on. This will be a full time job and keep us busy. Currently I had a BI developer / analyst who was very good for the past 2.5 years. I need to find a replacement, but need someone that is able to work a normal 9 to 5 USA hours. The person I hire should be exceptionally smart, available, and understand Business Intelligence applications such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, as well as know Data Analytics, Python, SQL, DBT, Version Control GitHub, how to automate and build reports, visualizations, DAX, VBA, etc. Some Java, C+ is always desirable. The position will pay $600 USD weekly directly into your account. Should be able to work 45 hours on average, with some weekend work if needed. Should be available for phone calls, sit in meetings, ask questions, etc. Will need to schedule a technical interview and be available to start in one week time.
