The company is a leading automotive distributor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role is Performance management manager and is under HR and the center of Excellence division.
Responsibilities:
Lead the performance management reform project to fix current issues in the performance management process
Manage the operations of the performance management cycles semi-annually
Provide expert feedback to the HR management about performance management process and continuous improvement
Provide training and webinars for the associates about performance management process and the effective techniques to maximize employee performance
Design training programs that help managers improve the essential skills to execute the performance management effectively such as coaching and mentoring
Monitor associates goals and appraisals documents timely submissions and quality
Provide periodic reports about employees performance and performance management cycles
Provide necessary feedback to the different HR departments that has integrations with the performance management process
Create, maintain and enforce the adherence to the performance management policies and procedures
Design metrics and dashboards that give necessary employee-performance-related information for employees and managers across all levels in the organization
Create, maintain and enforce the associates adherence to the performance management calendar
Skills:
Strong communication skills in English oral and written
Strong communication skills in Arabic oral and written
Deep knowledge about performance management and broad knowledge about integrated functions with performance management
Good time management and self-organization
Advanced training-related skills
Excellent tasks execution capabilities
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree
Master degree is preferred
Minimum 3 years experience in HR
Completion of one cycle of any performance management process execution
HR-related Certification such as CIPD or alike is preferred
Saudi nationals are preferred but Egypt and India nationals only are accepted
Salary:
Package (Negotiable): SAR 15K monthly (Basic + Housing + Transportation 55% of package. Bonus is 45% of package based on performance)
