Innovative French Villa Time Sharing Scheme

I co-own a beautiful French villa with seven other shareholders. We are looking for a time-sharing system that's efficient, fair, and easy to maintain.
Key Project Details:
- **Annual Allocation**: We've decided on a rotation system to divide the villa time annually. Five shareholders will have 7 weeks, and the remaining three will have 5 weeks.
- **Rotation Type**: We're particularly interested in implementing a fixed rotation system where the order shifts yearly. This ensures a fair distribution of desirable summer weeks among us.
- **Maintenance Weeks**: We've allocated 2 weeks for maintenance. They need to be scheduled from December 23rd onwards to ensure the villa is in top notch condition for the next year.
