Google Data Studio Help - Need Help Adding Numbers Together From Data Source and Custom Metic

We can't figure out in Google Data Studio how to add together custom metrics with totals from a data source. For example we calculate that 10*10 = 100. Then we have a another data source that pulls in the number 20. We'd like to have a box that adds these together showing it's 120.
