Fine Tune DEVO SIEM

I have a live DEVO instance that still runs on its out-of-the-box settings, so I need a specialist who can get under the hood and optimise it. The scope is strictly focused on configuration and tuning rather than day-to-day monitoring or incident response.

What I need you to tackle:
• Data ingestion and parsing – make sure every log source lands in DEVO clean, field-mapped, and searchable without manual fixes.
• Dashboard and reporting setup – turn the raw data into clear, actionable views so my team can see trends and spot anomalies at a glance.

Along the way I want concise documentation of the changes you make (parser tweaks, pipeline adjustments, dashboard export files, etc.) so future updates are straightforward.

Success for me means:
1. All current log sources ingest with zero parsing errors or dropped fields.
2. At least three role-based dashboards render in under two seconds and display the agreed metrics.
3. A brief hand-over call or video walkthrough that explains what was done and how to maintain it.
