Develop a location based (Aus only) Heat Map from 3,000 persn data set

I would like to transfer a data list of approximately 3,000 Australian contacts to be integrated into an Australian geographical Heat Map that provides the following information in a visually pleasing and easy to use platform.

Individual States and Territories
Rural and Remote
Barristers and Solicitors
Member classifications (Senior, Junior, Student, Community Legal Centre, Judicial)
Non member
