Decision modelling for business (Queuing theory, simulation and Markov chains)

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me with decision modeling for my business. The main goal of this project is to optimize efficiency, maximize profit, and improve customer satisfaction. I am specifically interested in using queuing theory, simulation, and Markov chains for this project. My business falls under the retail industry, and I would like to test 1-3 scenarios in the decision model. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in decision modeling and experience with queuing theory, simulation, and Markov chains.
