Data moduling for a vessel

Hi, I am an engineer and I set some sensors for a vessel I'm working in. I have some data files and I have some plans to work on them. However, I am new in this Data Science world and I will learn it in the process. I have some factors to create a model to better understand the vessel's performance. However, I need to detect and model better gas using, with examining the data. If you could help us with that, I am ready to work with you for the rest of the project.
