Data Analytics .NET & PHP Application

I’m putting together a web application that blends a C#/.NET back-end with existing PHP components, all running on a single MySQL database. The core challenge is to turn raw transactional data into clear, actionable insights—interactive dashboards, drill-downs, exports, and scheduled reports—so I’m looking for someone comfortable moving fluidly between both stacks.

You’ll be free to suggest the specific .NET flavour (ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, etc.) and your preferred PHP framework, as long as everything threads cleanly into MySQL and remains portable across typical Linux or Windows hosting. While data analytics is the headline feature, clean architecture, modular code, unit-tested endpoints, and solid security practices are just as important because this project will scale in phases.

Key deliverables
• A fully working .NET/PHP hybrid web app with MySQL schema, seeds, and migration scripts
• Responsive analytics UI (tables, charts, filters) plus corresponding REST endpoints
• Source code in Git with build/run instructions and brief technical documentation
• Proof of performance (sample dataset benchmarks) and hand-off walkthrough

The project will be considered complete when the app runs locally with a fresh clone, all analytics pages load in under two seconds on a 100k-row sample, and the hand-off documentation lets any competent developer pick up where you leave off.
