Comprehensive Database of Active Indian Companies

I'm looking for a freelancer who can create a AI platform which will create a list of all active companies in India by scouring the internet and then create and update database. Post which the platform will run analytics of all active companies in India. This includes Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), Large Corporations, and Startups across various sectors such as Technology, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Etc.

Key Requirements:
- The database should include, but not be limited to, the following details:
* Revenue data
* Industry classification
* Company Titles
* City
* State
* Website
* Sector
- The freelancer should have experience in data collection, creation, analytics, platforms and AI . Familiarity with Indian companies is a plus.
